After having to leave my dentist after 45 years, it was very hard to find a dentist I could trust with my entire family. One that doesn’t rip you off and has passionate people working. I finally found one. They are great here from the hygienists to the dr’s.

I was first introduced to Wappingers Falls Dental Arts through a close friend who has been a patient there. After hearing her speak so highly of the practice — not just casually recommend it, but genuinely rave about it. I decided to schedule an appointment myself. I’m so glad I did. It’s rare to find a dental office that lives up to that kind of praise, but from my very first visit, I understood exactly what she meant. The practice is home to two highly skilled specialists in Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics who are truly exceptional at what they do. Their level of expertise is clear, but what impressed me even more was their integrity. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary procedures or overwhelm me with upsells. Instead, they took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, answer every question, and ensure I felt informed and comfortable making decisions about my own care. In a time when healthcare can sometimes feel transactional, Wappingers Falls Dental Arts feels different. The focus is clearly on patient outcomes, not profit. Rather than pushing unnecessary procedures or overwhelming patients with upsells, the doctors take the time to thoroughly inform patients of all available options, empowering them to make the best decisions for their own health and well-being. My experience was exceptional yesterday, My dentist conka. Is amazing. The oral sergeant did an amazing job. The team of people that were there assisting in my surgery were fantastic. They were very professional and they Work like a well Oiled machine.
I’ve never been treated so well within a dental practice, nor have I ever been made to feel like my feelings truly mattered. Not everyone loves the dentist lol, but when you have a staff and dentists that truly care about your oral health and well being it makes it that much easier to return back. Dr. Alexander and Karen are truly awesome, and so we’re Ricky and Kayla. Thank you to the entire staff for keeping my nerves and anxiety at bay. I’ll see you in April!
Dr. Alexander was great! He was professional and very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to cement the crown that fell out unlike one of his other colleagues (which I will not name) who said it could not be done and tried to upsell me an implant. He also said I had a cavity that Dr. Alexander said was actually not there.
Today wappinger falls dental arts fit me in for emergency. I had a tooth cutting up my teeth and gums. The dentist, Dr. Conca and staff were wonderful and I can finally start healing. Thank you for your professional and friendly help. Barbara R.
Very happy with Dr. Conca. He placed a crown on a very sensitive tooth and it feels great. Very nice bedside manner as well. If you are an anxious patient he will put you at ease.
Wisdom tooth extracted late last year and crown work being done now. No complaints.
The office has always been well run and the personnel are so terrific and helpful! I can’t say enough about my favorite hygienist, Karen! She is always so friendly and professional ! She makes it an actual joy to come to the dentist appointment!

I do like Wappingers Dental Arts but this visit I had to wait almost an hour before I was seen by Dr. James. He did apologize but it is still not fair that I had to wait that long. He was quick to prep my two teeth for a bridge but then his assistant couldn’t get the temporary cap on one of my back tooth (#15). Another assistant had to come in and help out. I was the last patient in the office. I had a 3:30pm appointment and didn’t leave until 5:20pm!🤪

I,m in every 3 months for cleaning, Karen Oliver is the best. Just had my appointment for deep cleaning and will be back in October for my next appointment.
A professional staff, from the front desk to the dental staff. I am comfortable coming here even though I have never liked dentist visits.
Had new hygienist today as my long time hygienist retired. Karen was great. She was personable, kind and engaging. She helped ease my anxiety while she took care of my teeth. Very positive experience today. All staff are always helpful.

As a first-time patient at this dental office I was very impressed with Karen. She took her time expertly cleaning my teeth with great care to not hurt me at all. Karen, Kayla and Dr. Reddy were all very friendly , personable and knowledgeable about their work which makes me very comfortable and secure with their diagnosis of my dental care at this office.

The dental assistant, Stacy is AMAZING. Every time I've encountered her she is so friendly and kind and personable. My 9 year old daughter needed to have two teeth pulled and freaked out when she was told. Stacy was so great with her and calmed her down when I couldn't. Stacy makes going to the dentist not so terrible!
