On 7/15/26, I had a crown done by Dr. Robert Cona, a prosthodontist, with the help of his assistant, Andrew. They are such a great team! I enjoyed seeing them in action together. If the permanent crown is as good as the temporary crown I just got, I'll be set for the rest of my life! Dr. Conca is a true artist and perfectionist in his work. He gets it done right! I wish he did my first crown, but I'm happy to be his patient now. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Karen, my hygienist, has given me so much good advice on brushing that I have no more staining and far less plaque! Thanks Karen! You’re awesome! My only suggestion to the business is to make it clear in their text messages that if you are sick and have to reschedule in less than 48 hours, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Went for a dental cleaning & the hygenist was very gentle, kind and my teeth felt very clean. I almost cancelled cause I was so worried but she listened to my concerns.
I can’t recommend Dr. Conca and his team enough. As someone with complex health needs, I know how rare it is to find a provider who truly takes the time to understand my situation, but Dr. Conca does exactly that. He never rushes, listens carefully, and adjusts his approach to make sure my care is safe and comfortable given everything else going on with my health. The whole staff makes the office feel welcoming, and my hygienist Karen is fantastic, thorough, gentle, and genuinely attentive. The front desk staff is prompt, helpful, and friendly. Between Dr. Conca’s care and Karen’s skill, every visit feels like I’m in good hands. If you’re looking for a dentist who treats you as a whole person and not just a set of teeth, I can’t recommend this practice enough. Five stars, hands down.
Called Monday to get a tooth extraction done. They took me in the next day in the AM to get it done. Dr Conca did an excellent job. So glad I went there.
As a first-time patient at this dental office I was very impressed with Karen. She took her time expertly cleaning my teeth with great care to not hurt me at all. Karen, Kayla and Dr. Reddy were all very friendly , personable and knowledgeable about their work which makes me very comfortable and secure with their diagnosis of my dental care at this office.

The office is very professional and polite. I’ve been coming here for 27 years. I had an emergency tooth incident. I called them and they saw me right away. They fixed my tooth within a half an hour. Always professional and very polite.

I came to establish care after relocating, There was no wait, the staff was very Friendly, Dentist and Hygienist were Kind, and Thorough. Amazing “Bedside manner” and my history and dental goals were heard in full. My teeth are squeaky clean as well!
I been coming here for years and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Karen! She’s always so gentle, thorough, and friendly. She makes every cleaning comfortable and enjoyable, you can really tell she cares about her patients.
I've been a patient of Wappingers Dental Arts for 20 years plus. I've never had an issue with a dentist like this. I had crown work done in Dec. 2025 and a follow up in Jan. 2026. The dentist that worked on my crown in Dec. and Jan. was horrible and thank God they are no longer working there. The dentist gave me 3 injections of novacaine and started. I stopped them due to pain. The dentist gave me two more shots of novacaine. Guess what? still in pain. I dealt with the pain and the dentist stopped and nodded to the assistant . I. stopped them and asked, "what are you doing?" The dentist said, "I need to cut your gum a little bit so the crown would fit better". A week later, I went back to the dentist office, I was in pain. The hygienist stated they would need to remove the temp crown to find the cause of the pain-there were a few pieces of cement digging into my gum which they removed gently. Thank goodness. Then 2 weeks later the temp crown was replaced with my permanent crown. DONE. Fast forward to May 2026, the crown that was worked on in Jan. 2026 - I had some pain which became excruciating. Called the office and had an appt a few days later with Dr. Alexander. I was still nervous but as long as it was not the other dentist.I could handle the pain over the weekend. I looked at some of the reviews and a few patients had similar experiences like I did. Then, I noticed Dr. Alexander had good reviews. I felt I would be in good hands. I went to the appt. with a list of problems and Kayla, Dr. Alexander's assistant greeted me and asked how she could help. I gave Kayla the list and stated she would need to take 2 x-rays which brought tears. My anxiety went through the roof. She was gentle and reassured me the doctor would take care. of me. She was right. Dr. Alexander walked in and asked how he could help me. I gave him the list. He knew I was in pain. He gave me three choices- I chose to have Dr. Alexander pull my tooth-pulling the tooth-NO PAIN. 2 weeks later-temp bridge made-NO PAIN. 3 weeks later-removed the temp bridge and replaced with the permanent bridge. NO PAIN. Sorry, my story was a bit long but Dr. Alexander rescued me and restored my confidence in a dentist again. Dr. Alexander was a professional, knowledgable and genuine. I can't say enough. The office staff are very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Thank you Dr. Alexander for your help!!
Everything went well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Haven’t had any issues to this day.
After having to leave my dentist after 45 years, it was very hard to find a dentist I could trust with my entire family. One that doesn’t rip you off and has passionate people working. I finally found one. They are great here from the hygienists to the dr’s.
Staff was very patient when I had to find my cell phone prior to my appointment.
The staff and doctors have been very gracious with my elderly dad. They took care of his dental problems quickly and with great care.
Anytime I come everyone that works there treats me well and as if I’m family and/or long time friends. When it comes to actual dental work they go above and beyond for me to make sure everything is all good

My experience was exceptional yesterday, My dentist conka. Is amazing. The oral sergeant did an amazing job. The team of people that were there assisting in my surgery were fantastic. They were very professional and they Work like a well Oiled machine.
I’ve never been treated so well within a dental practice, nor have I ever been made to feel like my feelings truly mattered. Not everyone loves the dentist lol, but when you have a staff and dentists that truly care about your oral health and well being it makes it that much easier to return back. Dr. Alexander and Karen are truly awesome, and so we’re Ricky and Kayla. Thank you to the entire staff for keeping my nerves and anxiety at bay. I’ll see you in April!
Dr. Alexander was great! He was professional and very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to cement the crown that fell out unlike one of his other colleagues (which I will not name) who said it could not be done and tried to upsell me an implant. He also said I had a cavity that Dr. Alexander said was actually not there.
Today wappinger falls dental arts fit me in for emergency. I had a tooth cutting up my teeth and gums. The dentist, Dr. Conca and staff were wonderful and I can finally start healing. Thank you for your professional and friendly help. Barbara R.
Very happy with Dr. Conca. He placed a crown on a very sensitive tooth and it feels great. Very nice bedside manner as well. If you are an anxious patient he will put you at ease.
Wisdom tooth extracted late last year and crown work being done now. No complaints.
The office has always been well run and the personnel are so terrific and helpful! I can’t say enough about my favorite hygienist, Karen! She is always so friendly and professional ! She makes it an actual joy to come to the dentist appointment!

I do like Wappingers Dental Arts but this visit I had to wait almost an hour before I was seen by Dr. James. He did apologize but it is still not fair that I had to wait that long. He was quick to prep my two teeth for a bridge but then his assistant couldn’t get the temporary cap on one of my back tooth (#15). Another assistant had to come in and help out. I was the last patient in the office. I had a 3:30pm appointment and didn’t leave until 5:20pm!🤪

I,m in every 3 months for cleaning, Karen Oliver is the best. Just had my appointment for deep cleaning and will be back in October for my next appointment.
A professional staff, from the front desk to the dental staff. I am comfortable coming here even though I have never liked dentist visits.
Had new hygienist today as my long time hygienist retired. Karen was great. She was personable, kind and engaging. She helped ease my anxiety while she took care of my teeth. Very positive experience today. All staff are always helpful.
