Many patients think that extracting a tooth is a viable option to root canal treatment. However if the tooth is extracted, it will be necessary to replace it with a prosthetic. At Wappingers Falls Family Dentistry we provide lifelike solutions to patients with missing teeth. There is nothing that compares to the real thing. Saving a natural tooth is always the best scenario. Around ninety-five percent of root canals that we perform are performed successfully so there is nothing to fear.
Dr. Shukovsky is committed to providing her patients with precision in her technique as well as gentle hands. She finds satisfaction in doing root canals in order to help alleviate her patient's pain. She also loves working with new patients and explaining to them how to avoid root canals in the future.
