Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask COVID-19 related screening questions through an email questionnaire. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
Face covering will be enforced when entering the office.
We will be providing hand sanitizer on the front desk for your convenience as needed. We will measure your temperature upon arrival and ask you gargle with 1% hydrogen peroxide before being seated for your procedure. You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children's toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients, which means that you're offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment to allow our staff to properly disinfect and sterilize our office after each patient leaves.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. We please ask that you provide us with your most current phone number and wait in your car until your appointment time arrives. Only patients with appointments and one guardian if necessary will be permitted into the office. We ask that you please reschedule if you or anyone in your household is currently sick or has been sick in the last 2 weeks.
